Poudre Valley Plaza is a premier multi-building office, retail, and residential development situated in the thriving northern Colorado city of Fort Collins. Nestled between scenic grassy plains and majestic peaks, Fort Collins is not only home to Colorado State University but also conveniently close to essential amenities, including grocery stores and the popular Shops at Foothills Mall.

The development features multiple on-site restaurants, making lunch breaks and happy hours effortless and enjoyable. Ample parking and a signalized intersection further enhance the ease of commuting, making Poudre Valley Plaza the ideal choice for your business needs.

The submitted minor amendment aimed to modify the final lot on the plat for construction purposes. This amendment was necessary to incorporate a revised architectural design, landscape plan, drainage solution, and parking allocation.

I developed an image precedent board for the client, highlighting site furniture and layouts for a residential courtyard. I reviewed land use codes for compliance with parking, setbacks, and irrigation, then updated the construction plans to reflect new architectural footprints, drainage systems, and landscape designs.

Results

The project is still under review with the City of Fort Collins and is awaiting approval.
