Ashton Green is a notable condominium complex located in the Turtle Ridge area of Irvine, California, featuring Mediterranean architecture. Built between 2003 and 2006, it offers various amenities and access to extensive hiking and biking trails.

The condos are arranged around charming French courtyards with unique architectural styles, highlighted by a central fountain that adds to the soothing atmosphere. The courtyards are designed with old-world paving that invites leisurely strolls and rustic ledger stone seat walls that create inviting gathering spots. Each seat wall features vibrant planted pots or custom metal trellises adorned with climbing vines, enhancing the community's appeal.

My role in this project included design development, creating construction drawings and specifications, preparing cost estimates, conducting client meetings, and overseeing construction management.

Results

The project has been and remains a successful community. Ashton Green is a highly desirable area with numerous amenities that attract many prospective residents.
